Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 77ace platform — whether through the website at 77ace.fun or the dedicated 77ace mobile app — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy.

Account Registration

One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on 77ace. Opening multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a different name, or using another person's identity — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, 77ace reserves the right to close all associated accounts, cancel any pending withdrawals, and void any bonus balances.

Accurate Information

When you register, you must provide accurate, complete and current information including your full name, date of birth, and contact details. You must update this information promptly if it changes. 77ace is not responsible for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account details.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with anyone else or allow any other person to access your account. All activity that occurs under your account credentials is your responsibility. 77ace will never ask for your password through any communication channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact our support team immediately and change your password.

Account Verification (KYC)

77ace may require you to complete a verification process (Know Your Customer / KYC) at any time. This typically involves submitting a copy of a valid government-issued ID and proof of your payment method. Withdrawals may be held pending completion of this process. We do this to protect our players and maintain the integrity of the platform.

Account Closure

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closing your account, any remaining real money balance will be made available for withdrawal subject to standard verification requirements. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure unless otherwise stated.

Deposits & Payments

77ace processes all deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We support the following deposit methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets as made available on the platform from time to time.

• All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply depending on the selected payment method. These are displayed at the time of deposit.
• Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa typically reflect in your account balance almost immediately. Bank transfers and card payments may take longer depending on your bank or network provider.
• 77ace does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals on 77ace are processed in PKR to your verified payment method. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• You must have completed account verification (KYC) before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where technically possible.

Bonuses & Promotions

77ace offers a range of bonuses, free plays, cashback rewards, and seasonal promotions — including cricket-season events tied to the PSL and T20 calendar. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's individual terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The specific requirement (e.g. 20x, 30x) is stated in each individual promotion's terms.
• Bonuses must be used within their stated validity period. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are credited to your bonus balance and must meet wagering requirements before the resulting funds can be transferred to your withdrawable balance.
• Certain games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all towards wagering requirements. This is stated in each promotion's terms.

General Gameplay Conditions

• All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) processes where applicable. Results are final once a round is completed.
• In the event of a disconnection or technical fault during a game round, the round outcome will be determined by the platform's server-side records. 77ace is not responsible for disconnections caused by your internet connection.
• Bets placed using bonus funds are subject to any wagering restrictions associated with that bonus. Real money bets are not subject to such restrictions.
